- Began operations as the Fa-So-La brand, inheriting the running of 10 shops in Terminal 1 that included duty-free brand stores and duty-free merchandise retailers owned by companies affiliated with NAA
- November 25, 2004
- Opened our first general duty-free store Fa-So-La DUTY FREE No. 3 Satellite in Terminal 1, Satellite 3
- November 26, 2004
- Opened the airport's first UNIQLO store in the Central Building (public area) in Terminal 1
- June 02, 2006
- With the grand opening of Terminal 1 we began operation of 23 stores centering on narita nakamise, including cosmetic/perfume, alcohol/tobacco and other specialty stores and brand boutiques.
- April 09, 2007
- Began operation of 9 stores to coincide with the opening of Narita 5th Avenue in Terminal 2
- October 02, 2007
- Invited Samantha Thavasa to be the airport's first Japanese brand boutique and opened their store in Narita 5th Avenue in Terminal 2
- November 10, 2009
- Acquired all shares (600) held by Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd., to be treasury stock February 1, 2010 Canceled this treasury stock

- Opened TOKYO SOUVENIR SHOP NORTH in the Haneda Airport International Terminal

- Opened the first food store Fa-So-La TAX FREE KAGURA in the South Wing of Terminal 1

- Opened Fa-So-La TAX FREE HARAJUKU, a ladies' fashion concept shop, inside narita nakamise in Terminal 1

- Merged with the two duty-free store operators in the NAA Group

- Japan Duty Free Fa-So-La Isetan Mitsukoshi Co., Ltd. (hereafter, JFM) established as a joint venture by Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd., Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd. and NAA Retailing Corporation.

- Opened Japanese brand boutique PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE / BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE in Terminal 1, Satellite 5

- Opened FaSoLa Cafe in the NARITA SKY LOUNGE WA in the corridor connecting the main and satellite buildings in Terminal 2

- Commenced duty-free pick-up counter operations at Narita Airport (total of 3 counters in Terminals 1, 2 and 3) for items purchased at the downtown duty-free store opened by JFM at Ginza Mitsukoshi department store.
- September 01, 2017
- "Fa-So-La ARRIVAL DUTY FREE NORTH," the first arrival duty-free store in Japan, is opening in the international arrivals area of Terminal 2.
